Noretza Rivera
Noretza Rivera is a bilingual therapist who has experience working with victims of domestic violence as well as individuals diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorders. She believes that every client deserves to be treated with dignity and empathy, which is always a priority for their emotional well-being. Noretza is experienced in using intervention models such as the strengths perspective, CBT, and cognitive-behavioral model.
Noretza provides care to individuals of diverse backgrounds and approaches this with empathy. She has broadened her clinical experiences through clinical internships and volunteer programs overseas. She has worked extensively with individuals who have experienced grief through crisis intervention. Noretza understands that grief can trigger many different and unexpected emotions and recognizes that each individual's grieving process is unique.
Noretza is supervised by an independently licensed supervisor.
