LaMone Downey Leonard is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts, with well over a decade of experience working with people in all life stages, in all walks of life and in various settings, including Boston Public Schools.  She earned her BS in Sociology from Cornell University and her MSW from Boston College Graduate School of Social Work. She is a Pregnancy and Infant Loss (P.A.I.L) and Fertility Advocate and a Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT-200). She has also supervised Master’s-level counselors for over a decade to help train and prepare them as professional counselors in the areas of Social Work, Expressive therapies, Counseling, and more. Her treatment approach is very eclectic, integrative, person-centered, mindfully-based and culturally-sensitive . In her spare time, LaMone loves to sew, cook, dance, and spend time with her family and friends.
