Corinne Andrews, she/her, E RYT - 500, RPYT is the director of Shraddhā Yoga and lead teacher of the Immersion and Teacher Training Programs. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Cross Cultural and Alternative Health and Healing with a minor in psychology. Her yoga and life coaching sessions are informed by devoted studies, practices and trainings dating back to 1998. Trainings include but are not limited to: Classical Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga, Embodyoga®, GurujiMa and Light Omega, Meridian Yoga & Shiatsu, Mindful Grieving Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, Vedic Chanting & Sanskrit, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, School for Body-Mind-Centering, Mindful Yoga Therapy for Trauma, Neelakantha Meditation, Birth and Postpartum Doula and on-going Yoga Philosophy courses. Corinne is also a published author of the book Birthing Mama: Your Companion for a Holistic Pregnancy Journey.
In a 1:1 session with Corinne, you can expect to be seen, heard, and held with compassion and love. You will be met where you are and we will address your specific concerns, interests and goals. You will receive nourishing support for your unique circumstances that affect the physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual levels of your humanity. Sessions may include many forms of yoga, such as: mindful sharing/speaking, reflective listening, Ayurveda & lifestyle recommendations, postures & movement, meditation, breathing practices, relaxation techniques, spiritual & philosophical support, recommended reading, chanting/mantra, prayer, embodied anatomy and developmental movement, and take home practices.
