We are seeking Independently Licensed Therapists and Supervisors to join in our social justice vision of solving the problem of “Bad Practice” by creating economic equity and professional growth opportunities for all our employees looking for a change from the status quo. We are seeking: (Fee-For-Service)

  • Licensed Independent Psychotherapists #LICSW #LMHC #LADC #LMFT who reside in and/or are able to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. (Supervisor positions are also available please see below).

  • License Eligible Mental Health Counselors who reside in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and who can provide proof of a scheduled licensing examination. License Eligible Mental Health Counselors will begin their position once their independent licenses become active with the state board.

(Supervisor Positions)

  • Competitive compensation of $75 per supervision session, $50 per development hour (up to 2 hours per week), and $100 for bi-monthly group supervision

Additionally, for full-time employees:

  • 50% paid medical coverage for full-time employees

We take care of:

  • Billing

  • Impaneling for insurance credentialing

  • Covering your liability insurance

  • Telehealth virtual platform

  • Support for your marketing, and initial scheduling of clients

  • A simplified EMR system to do notes and clinical documentation

You are responsible for:

  • Conducting individual, family, couples and group therapy consistent with our philosophies through the creation of intakes, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, and behavioral health/insurance required documentation, preparing client safety plans, and/or directing clients to emergency and crisis support services if needed, consistent with managed care standards

  • Child & Adolescent Needs Strengths (CANS) Assessments

  • Communicating effectively by responding to all staff inquiries

  • Participating in case collaboration, peer supervision, and employee-based activities

  • Coordinating of client referrals to internal specialists or other community and emergency resources

(Supervisors)

· Providing weekly or bi-weekly clinical supervision for LCSWs for ongoing caseload management

· Providing clinical training and mentorship

· Supporting LCSWs in their current clinical work and their attainment of independent licensure

· Review, provide guidance, and approve LCSW documentation

· Ensuring that documentation meets clinical and agency standards

· Overseeing either up to four part-time LCSWs or two full-time LCSWs

· Participating in bi-monthly supervisors’ meetings

Requirements

  • Residency in, and a current, active license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, plus at least 2 years of post-license outpatient experience working with individual, families, and couples

  • A current Child & Adolescent Needs Strengths Assessments (CANS) certification is a must

  • Flexibility while being onboarded, and being a collaborative and contributing team player in our growing Team

  • A willingness to work evenings and weekends

  • Proven skills in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and person-centered therapies, knowledge and skills in handling crisis management, and an awareness about working with a diverse clientele

  • Willingness to participate in the company and individual marketing events and campaigning to support the promotion of either the company and/or yourself as a marketed therapist

  • Ability to learn clinical technology used in practice and participating in peer supervision.

  • Cooperate with and report on administration on any arising issues

  • Apply best practices and be up to date with market trends

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
